Aero-Tech is rapidly expanding and has moved its operations to a state-of-the-art 6,000 sq. ft. facility in a high-growth industrial park, just south of the world-famous San Diego Wild Animal Park.

Aero-Tech is moving on many fronts to apply new technology to the way we do business. In today's increasingly fast-paced world, this direction makes strategic sense. Time is a precious commodity and buyers are looking for value, speed and convenience.

The implementation of critical innovations, such as, computer network systems, digital printer/scanner copier, optical comparator and Rockwell Hardness Tester technology, allows us to keep pace with the nation's electronic subcontractor leaders.

Other notable enhancements include new inspection equipment, a digital counting scale with bar coding capabilities, a dedicated quality control workstation utilizing Statistical Process Control (SPC) MeasurLink software, and a fully integrated operations and accounting software program called DBA.

DBA software features include material requirements planning (MRP) and full trace ability through lot and serial control numbers. Aero-Tech is fully Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) capable.

The new site and technological resources will help Aero-Tech maintain its competitive edge within the industry. As we continue to build our technological infrastructure, these advances are unearthing a wealth of cost-saving benefits to our staff and customers.

Aero-Tech's efforts to build enduring customer-subcontractor relationships have included meeting with key corporate representatives. The purpose of these visits has been to increase the level of communication between both customers and subcontractor. When customers meet some of our key personnel and see our operation, they are provided with an opportunity to talk about concerns and future business opportunities.

As a result of these visits, Aero-Tech is a preferred supplier for several of our leading customers. For example, we are fully certified by both Rockwell International and Boeing. Additionally, we are a candidate for Northrop Grumman's Key Plan certification.

In the near future, we will pursue ISO 9000 registration and certification, and CAD software capabilities.
